Deep Purple

Deep Purple is a devious character; am I a hard neck or am I a soft neck?  We've found that more than half of our stock produce scapes, while the other half does not.  In either case the result is a beautiful purple bulb finish that is as good to eat as it is to look at.  Expect 4 to 7 cloves of early harvesting garlic.  While the Turbans do not store nearly as long as most of their counterparts, you'll have fresh garlic well before anyone else!
