Mammoth

We were sceptical of the name, however, Mammoth was one of a handful of our bulbil stock* that really performed above and beyond our expectations.   It is a solid Porcelain with large cloves and a great flavour.  It may even outperform it's name producing massive bulbs as it evolves over the next couple of years.
 
*bulbil grown stock is likely to size up at least one bulb size over the course of the next year as they are still maturing to full garlic (a process which takes 4 to 5 years).
