Susan Delafield (Music)

Susan Delafield is the matriarch of the Porcelain family. In appearance we see an uncanny resemblance to Music.  In fact this variety is a variant of Music that was identified by a research scientist of the same name. As it grows we'll see if we can spot the difference.  Legend has it that she will shine no matter how hard it rains so Newfoundland is the best place to test her metal.  The bulbs tend to produce 4 large cloves with an intense salty personality.  These bulbs are from our bulbil stock*.
 
*bulbil grown stock is likely to size up at least one bulb size over the course of the next year as they are still maturing to full garlic (a process which takes 4 to 5 years).
